Introduction
Welcome to House Solution Egypt. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to rental luxury apartments and villas in Maadi & Katameya Heights. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Definitions
Company: House Solution Egypt for Marketing and Real Estate Services, with headquarters at #29, 13th Street, Sarayat El Maadi, Cairo.
Client: Any individual or entity seeking to buy, rent, or sell properties through House Solution Egypt.
Services: Real estate brokerage services provided by House Solution Egypt.
Fees and Payment
Commission Fees:
Purchase: Buyer agrees to pay 1.5% (excluding VAT) of the total purchase price.
Sale: Seller agrees to pay 2.5% (excluding VAT) of the total sale price.
Rent: Tenants agree to pay 10% (excluding VAT) of the total rental period .
Payment Terms:
Fees are due immediately after signing the purchase, sale, or rental contract with the client facilitated by House Solution Egypt.
These fees are independent of the payment arrangements between the client and the property owner.
Non-Circumvention
Clients agree not to engage directly with property owners or clients introduced by House Solution Egypt, whether the introduction was made through in-person viewings, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication method facilitated by House Solution Egypt.
Obligations
Client Notification: Clients must inform House Solution Egypt of the date and location of contract signings (for sale or rent). Failure to do so grants House Solution Egypt the right to claim full commission fees.
Meetings and Discussions: House Solution Egypt must be present in all discussions and meetings between the client and the property owner before signing any contracts.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Cairo Court of First Instance, as chosen by House Solution Egypt.
Property Listings
All property listings provided via WhatsApp or email are considered an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
General Provisions
Copies of the Contract: These Terms & Conditions are provided in duplicate, with each party retaining one copy for reference and action when necessary.
Amendments: House Solution Egypt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via the website or other communication channels.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
